Due to high quality requirements, military telescopes are subjected to environmental tests before leaving the factory, generally including vibration tests, high temperature (155℃), low temperature (145℃), rain or immersion tests, and airtight tests. After these tests, the product performance can still be guaranteed within the specified range before leaving the factory. Some products also have dryers in their lenses, which pump out air before leaving the factory and inject dry air or nitrogen to effectively prevent mold and fog from growing on the lenses in the future.

★ The highly sealed binocular telescope with reticle has the characteristics of clear field of view, high brightness, excellent image quality, lifelike scene color, wide application range, etc. It is mainly used for reconnaissance of enemy situation, terrain, target search, observation of shooting effect and battlefield situation, and can roughly measure the direction angle, high and low angle and distance of the target by dividing in the mirror.

★ Yellow filter lens is adopted, which can be used normally in foggy days, snowy days, smog or strong sunlight. At the same time, the telescope lens is filled with nitrogen, and the lenses are separated by nitrogen, so that the telescope has good anti-fog and anti-mildew performance, can adapt to the temperature change of-43℃ ~ 55℃, and also has good waterproof performance. Another remarkable feature is that it can effectively protect the user's eyes from the laser emitted by the detection equipment.

★ The traditional metal shell and the heavier shell play a very good auxiliary role in obtaining stable observation images, and at the same time make it have better shockproof and anti-collision performance. Two independent left and right optical systems are adopted, and the visibility dividing handwheel (turn the eyepiece) needs to be adjusted respectively until the distant target can be clearly seen. A reticle is installed in the right branch optical system. In addition to the traditional cross dense position, this reticle adds the function of distance measurement using line-of-sight curve, and at the same time, it can quickly read the distance between an object with a height of about 2m and an observer. On the battlefield, it is of great practical significance to strive for reaction time. Light blue objective lens and eyepiece lens show its excellent quality. The greatest advantage of this military telescope is that it aimed at the highest level of mirror making technology in the world at that time at the beginning of design, and adopted high-tech lens coating technology, MC coating.
