Ultra narrow band filter

Ultra-narrow-band pass filters are particularly suitable for use as laser-line, laser-purifying, or laser-excited filters in harsh medical and laser applications. These plated hard film filters use advanced plasma deposition processes to ensure high resistance to laser damage and high performance over a long period of time. Depending on the wavelength range and system requirements, these ultra-narrow bandpass filters provide peak transmittance of up to 98%, design blocking up to OD 10, central wavelength tolerance tightening to 0.05nm, FWHM bandwidth <1nm, and ultra-steep edge and ultra-flat bandpass profiles. Typical applications include fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and real-time PCR or DNA sequencing.
