● non-contact measuring equipment Taylor Hobson LUPHO Scan, fast aspheric optics non-contact 3d interference Scan, maximum measuring size 260mm (diameter) × 75mm (thickness), measuring accuracy up to (P2V) 50nm.

● 6-inch splicing interferometer (SSI) measurement, with a maximum measuring diameter of 300mm, for true wavefront detection.
